Please note that we have 3 different locations

For Music events and Art classes, including Painting, Writing, Sculpting, and Youth, and Fine Arts, come to Workshop13 at 13 Church Street.

For Pottery Classes, come to ClayWorks Community Ceramics Studio at 71 Main Street.

For Gallery Exhibitions, come to ArtWorks Gallery at 69 Main Street.

 

Where to park

We have street parking available on Main Street, Church street and Pleasant street. There is a lot across the road with 8 spots that are available. 

 

There are 2 public parking lots that do require a short walk.

And there is also a large parking lot at the Congregational Church straight up the hill on the right


What door to enter? 

When attending an EVENT, enter through the top door with the ramp on the left side of the building.

 

When attending an ART CLASS, enter the lower door.


We are Becoming ADA compliant with an elevator 2026!

Currently our upstairs Grand Hall is not wheelchair accessible, There are 10 steps required to enter our Events space.  We do have an electric chair lift that requires individuals to sit in the chair and to be lifted up the 10 stairs.

 


Frequently Asked Questions For Events

  • Can I bring my child to events? Children are welcome to join most of our events. Our Drum and Dance does have a 12+ age requirement.
  • Do you serve food? We serve hot dogs at most, but not all events. Check the specific event listing for more details. We also have $1 snacks and complimentary popcorn.  
  • Can I bring food: We’d rather you not, but if you must, we ask that you keep it simple and please carry in, carry out. We recommend you eat before coming to our event. Here is a list of local restaurants. 
  • Can I bring my water bottle? Sure. We don’t offer single-use water bottles; but we do offer free drinking water. We allow outside drinks on events when the bar is not open. Check individual event for details. 
  • Is there seating/ general admission? We do not sell seated tickets. Our venue has cafe-style seating, first-come first-served. You are able to reserve a table at your next event by signing up to become an Arts Advocate  member and emailing Mary at [email protected].

 

Frequently Asked Questions for Classes

  • Can I bring my child? If you need to bring your child to a class (not recommended) it will be up to the instructor’s discretion to allow your child to sit in the classroom, if they will not cause a disturbance. 
  • Can I bring food and drinks to classes? Sure! We allow outside drinks and snacks, and for longer classes, we welcome you to bring lunch or dinner. We have a microwave and refrigerator if you need.
