NOTES ABOUT CLASSES

Our professional art instructors teach in a friendly, and relaxed environment. Class emphasis is always on the individual student’s creative development and growth with courses for adults and young adults with all skill levels and experience.

Our Target ages are not set in stone, contact us with questions regarding placement of your child.

February Vacation Imaginarium! $190/week
Target age: 7-10yrs
Dates: February 19th-23rd,
Times: 8:30-3:30pm, aftercare available for add’l $10/day

Let’s get those creative juices flowing in this fun filled week! You’re sure to stretch your imagination using mixed media, sculpting, felting, cooking, music, drama, and maybe even some dancing to create your own unique imaginary world! We will walk to Grenville Park for an hour long recess every day. Bring lunch, two snacks and be sure to bring your sled if there is snow!

$190/week
Target age: 10yrs+

Calling all Percy Jackson fans! Join us for a week of creative writing, mixed media art projects, sculpting, and sketching, inspired by Ric Riordan’s popular book series.Bring lunch, two snacks and be sure to bring your sled if there is snow!

Fundamentals of Drawing for Tweens/Teens- $90
Instructor: Roc Goudreau
Thursdays: 6pm-7:30pm
Session I: January 11th – February 1st
Session II: February 15th – March 8th
Session II: March 22nd – April 4th
Session IV: April 26th – May 17th
Target age: 11+

Tween and Teen TuesdaysThis class provides young artists with a solid foundation in drawing. It is designed for students who are ready to take their drawing to the next level. Working with pencil and charcoal, students learn to use line, value, gesture and perspective. Students also learn to develop the ability to “see” as artists. The class works with a variety 
of subjects including still life and landscape.

Art Exploration-Big Kids! – $90
Target age 8yrs-10yrs
Instructors: Marie Lauderdale 
Thursdays: 6pm-7:30pm
Session I: January 11th – February 1st
Session II: February 15th – March 8th
Session II: March 22nd – April 4th
Session IV: April 26th – May 17th

You will love the variety of projects in this ongoing super fun class! Students will learn drawing skills, sculpting, felting, printmaking, watercolor, oil painting, and fresco painting to name a few! Each session offers different projects that encourages creativity, perseverance and confidence while teaching skills that will help students better express themselves. We value the process of making art rather than focusing on the end product, however our students are producing some amazing pieces of art!

In this ongoing class, young students will discover the magic of color mixing, drawing, mixed media, watercolor, feltmaking, sculpting and more! Instructors encourage creativity, perseverance and confidence while teaching skills that will help students better express themselves.
