This is a 6 week progressive series of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This series begins with a slow approach to the sequencing of postures, allowing each student to feel comfortable in the gradual build of each Yoga class. Each week we will revisit different postures while incorporating new postures and exercises. All while building body awareness and breath recognition. Vinyasa flow yoga is a class in which the movements flow from one posture to the next, while synchronizing with the breath.
This class will get you moving, breathing and meditating all while enjoying the social benefits of meeting with the same group each week, gaining a more personal experience and creating new connections.
This is a medium level class. Requiring some strength, yet no experience. We will build physical strength and breath and body awareness, while enjoying the benefits of yoga.
